Thursday, July 30, 2009 TAMPA, FL — The 2009 Premier Development League All-Conference teams were announced Thursday by the United Soccer Leagues. Voted on by team general managers and coaches, the All-Conference teams honor 44 of the 68-team league’s top players.

Division Champions, Laredo Heat and Carolina Dynamo each placed three players on their respective conference teams — the most among all teams in the Premier Development League. Eastern Conference
